123di responds to every inquiry it receives via e-mail.
From time to time, we hear that a customer has not received a response to an inquiry they sent via e-mail.
This problem is usually caused by spam filtering or entering an invalid e-mail address.
Spam filtering is not 100% reliable, so please check your spam folder from time to time.
Alternatively you can also resend your inquiry and specify a different e-mail address.
